DELIVERY METHODS & SHIPPING COSTS
We have made it easy for you with national flat-fee shipping on all items.
Individual product pages indicate if an item is classified as standard, big & bulky or oversized.
Delivery on standard products, as marked on the product page, is AU$7.99 in total.
Delivery on big & bulky products, as marked on the product page, is AU$29.99 for each item.
Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, KOO accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please note all Big & Bulky products and Oversized items are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.
Standard product orders are delivered on weekdays by Australia Post.
Big & bulky products and oversized products will be delivered via courier. Please allow for 3-14 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Standard and big & bulky products are delivered via the Australia Post network and are home delivered where this service exists. If you are located outside of their home delivery network, they will deliver to the nearest post office and you will receive a card for collection.
Oversized items require a street address for delivery and can only be delivered to mainland Australia addresses, including Tasmania. (Some exclusions may apply.) Islands cannot be serviced by our courier services.
Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, we will arrange a refund for your order.
REASONS FOR ORDER DELAYS
- public holidays;
- an incorrect address has been entered against the order;
- if the payment capture process is unsuccessful your order will be delayed until alternate payment arrangements can be made;
- occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers.
Should the items you ordered be marked “available or low" and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 391 806, or email us using the contact us option via our online store.
All standard and big & bulky orders are despatched using our primary delivery partner, Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email from KOO Home Store containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please call Customer Service on 1300 391 806, or email us using the contact us option via our online store.
Once you have a consignment tracking number, you can track your parcel by selecting the 'click here' entry on your shipping confirmation email, or by entering the consignment number into the Australia Post delivery tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
KOO Home Store is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.
