DELIVERY METHODS & SHIPPING COSTS

We have made it easy for you with national flat-fee shipping on all items.

Individual product pages indicate if an item is classified as standard or bulky products.

Delivery on standard products, as marked on the product page, is AU$9.99 in total.

Delivery on bulky products, as marked on the product page, is AU$29.99 for each item.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a 'to the door' service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your item from your nearest Australia Post office.

Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss of your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, we do not accept deliveries to parcel collection boxes or lockers.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

Standard product orders are delivered on weekdays by Australia Post.

Bulky products will be delivered via courier. Please allow for 3-14 business days, depending on the delivery location.

ONLINE ONLY & SUPPLIER DIRECT

Delivery fees on Online Only and Supplier Direct products is determined by the supplier of the product. These products have a delivery method of “Supplier Direct” on the product, cart and checkout pages on the KOO website.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout, after a customer has provided a delivery address.

Delivery times may vary, and any estimates provided are subject to stock availability and delays which are beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to postal delays and force majeure events).

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return the goods (as per conditions outlined in the Returns & Exchanges Policy) to:

eGift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

KOO will not accept the return of “Online Only” or “Supplier Direct” items under the change of mind returns policy. “Online Only” and “Supplier Direct” items cannot be returned to stores.
